this is the best and also the worst time to be literate. language is evolving faster than our sensitivity can handle.
anthropology in everyday vocabulary is no longer a sign of evolution, it is merely a tactic. a spade is no longer because it’s been deemed offensive to certain groups. humanity has reached a point where we project a performance of unity to mask a reality of division.
