Is there a platform to post a bounty to an open Github issue? Ie @bountycaster for Github

Yeah, could work. But would be great if the bounty actually shows up on the Issue, so others might also chip in

The bot would then cast to bountycaster and display the live bounty amount in GitHub? So repo owner would do the integration?

I could, yes. It would work. But it's not my repo and not my issue. I hope others will chip in, and be clear that funds are locked and paid out on completion. Without spamming the issue too much. A Github bot that keeps track would be nice

could one paste the bounty link with a reminder in the markdown of the issue? and create labels in github for the issue to be flagged as "paid bounty attached"
