I go to Equinox, not cheap but a nice gym

very down down to forgo cheap if it means there’s a sauna or a pool/endless pool (swim in place) vibes 🥲

Depends on the location but some of them have pools, cold plunges, saunas, etc. I think most have at least a steam room (and it's my reward after each workout 😌)
