Also it doesn’t have to be perfect to be of value sometimes showing up imperfectly with unfinished work/ progress is even more valuable to others because they can be encouraged or inspired by it. And to you because you might get feed back or encouragement or ideas that help make it better.

seperate your emotions from actions and just do it regardless of how you feel or what’s going on. I imagine there are areas of your life where perfectionism and overthinking aren’t a problem, so you can borrow inspiration from those areas. Like if you have kids you’re not going to let overthinking talk you out of doing something they need even in public so you can apply that same framework to the things you struggle with like building in public. Decide it’s something that needs to be done like caring for your kids and if you do it enough times, you’ll just get used to it. This is lowkey to myself also and based on some advice I heard from Alex Hormozi. Also good to see you back here Marc sorry for the thesis I wrote 😅.

Nothing ever comes out perfect the first time. It's just an idea that you wait until it's perfect. Ditch the idea. Everything in the universe is in a state of imperfect perfection.

Every week something needs to be out and public. Get used to the feeling of deploying something "not good" Do it one day, with that worse feeling when doing it, then another day, then another day. When you then have time, you improve it.
