Can someone educate me as to why Kalshi is valued twice as much as polymarket?

Don’t they basically do the exact same thing with around the exact same time with the exact same users group and the exact sectors of VC they are raising from?

i think polymarket is raising their own round too, probably on a higher valuation

they are raising 200 @ 1b led by FF again

kalshi has the regulatory approval and robinhood integration and such

you also need to look at liquidity, volume, and which one reaches to the "source of truth" faster...
