The second dish was fried eggplant. The eggplant flesh was fried without any batter and topped with a sweet sauce and sesame seeds. When I take a bite, the fried meat melts in my mouth.

The third dish I ordered was Guo Bao Rou. The unique sour sauce goes well with the tender fried pork.
