reached the halfway point on my second novel draft

tentatively calling it "Dream Peddlers," it's about a big criminal syndicate stealing dream machine IP from a company and bringing to market first, after which people quickly become dream junkies

then some folks find a strange sequence on it called "Tenebris" and its reception spawns a cult, etc. etc.

i finished my first novel draft last year, "Thou Unreluctant"

i haven't touched since 'cuz i feel compelled to marinate on more before coming back to officially

but it's about a future studies DAO that buys an underground Iceland base and runs elaborate expensive experiments trying to decipher the future, via AI etc. 

long story short, the DAO gets commandeered by a cult - i'm sensing a theme here

that said, i'd be down to send Thou Unreluctant 1st draft to anyone that wants to beta read, enough time has passed

just know i still have to do surgery on some parts

namely the very end - i went perhaps too supernatural and maybe need to ground more in reality/ambiguity

it was also written mainly in 2023, so i want to update some of the crypto elements per what we've seen over the past couple of years

but if you're down, just lmk - it's a quick read, i'd want your totally honest feedback though, i've no ego about it so don't hold back
