Can someone please pose the question to Elon’s Grok team what is being done to place ethical guardrails on Grok’s recommendations,  problem-solving priorities, and behavior?  Truth is certainly an important value to instill in these extraordinarily powerful AI agents and models.  But we witnessed our species in the last century bring itself to the brink of extinction by devoting enormous intellectual capacity in pursuit of superiority in nuclear arms…  understanding and perfecting atomic nuclear reaction  technology was really really “cool” at time.  But pursuit of honest scientific truth may not be enough.  How do you determine which ethical values of mankind should take priority in prioritizing development of solutions for mankind’s greatest problems?  What is equity or fairness?  Which problems should be addressed first to maximize each human being’s personal development, financial standard of living,  and a sense of emotional well-being, and personal happiness?
