I’m not sure what @baseapp.base.eth is gaining by excluding @farcaster users
But especially someone who uses farcaster every day, makes literally hundreds of txns a day on base, and has been using Coinbase Wallet so long they had a cb.id for crying out loud 😂
That being said, at this point it’s starting to feel like a pride/ego thing, and I’m self-reflecting on that as well.
No one wants to feel excluded or outcast from their own peer group.
But I’ve struggled my whole life trying to counter the notion that my worth is defined by being part of new or “exclusive” things (one of the reasons I’m a total sucker for beta or early access type stuff like this), and I still struggle, which is why this feels like a bigger deal than it actually is.
After all, it’s just a silly beta invite, and literally only been a couple of days - so I’m trying to stay cool lol
This was a lot longer than I meant it to be, but sometimes getting this stuff out feels better than stewing in it, and I’m grateful to have a safe place on the interwebs to regurgitate my insecurities 🫠 1 reply
