They are, but I think local resellers stock them. I’m not sure if the US Cadbury licensee (Hershey I think) makes them, unlike other Cadbury products that exist in distinct and different US versions. Lemme know what your wrapper says.

The nougat reminds me of the mars almond bar without the almonds, the crispy bits seem straight from the 100 grand bar. I prefer chewy nougat w nuts but think this is a fine candy bar

For nougat with nuts look for Turkish candy, they have pure nuts+nougat things. Too much for me, but you might like it.

This morning i remembered the milk shake bar. The nougat was about identical to the double decker. They used to sell them from the freezer at our neighborhood pool
