But most of you are still cooking with seed oils your ancestors never touched. 🌽 Soybean oil 🌻 Sunflower oil 🧪 “Vegetable” oil All ultra-processed, bleached, and inflammatory. Here’s the truth: If it didn’t come from a fruit or an animal… it has no business in your kitchen.
