so was this accepted & what is the process for approving it?
read anything about that? was this hostile or negotiated?

Why they need to "buy" Clanker for it, tho? 

Of course story seems to be unclear now too - why did Rainbow even threatened Clanker team (as Dish has said) and what's the problem with not to give away your deed if you don't want to
