in an effort to improve my sleep schedule (note: no longer using the word βfixβ for what cannot be fixed) i have put a 4am cutoff that blocks the Farcaster app on my phone. to open it again i have to get out of bed and walk to another room to tap a physical brick with the phone. only then will i be able to read your casts again.

i didn't try this but try baby steps and just set ur bedtime to be 30 mins earlier each week, u got this also force urself to wake up early every day (at the same time) and by the third day, you'll be so tired you end up just going to bed early anyway that's how i got my 5am wakeup time (tho i'm not as strict now so i get up at 6:30am instead, huge improvement from 10/11am tho)
