with degen how much you where tipping was explicit, the tip itself was the signal.


noice is different and -silent- so y’all have to announce to the world how much you tipping which makes it annoying to the rest


so we traded annoying tip comments for annoying tip settings announcements


at least fc algo deprioeitized comments so it was bearable 😂

it's weird cos with moxie it was implicit tipping but it encouraged the user to replyke (balance was not your own)

with the noice iteration, i imagine it inhibits interaction since it comes at a price

i haven't followed noice closely so i might've missed something but i struggle to see how it sustains when the 'optimal' way of earning with noice is by taking part

i just don't see why we need external fake incentives to community build

im happy to vibe here with tips or not, so im happy to ignore them too.

I dont expect to get any incentives economically from not participating tho idk
