Is there really not an electric kettle that can be controlled in single digit increments and heat to lower temperatures like 85 or 90 degrees F? What am I missing here?

If you always need the same temp you could use the same amount of water and set a timer to turn it off early and get consistent results. An infrared temp sensor would help for the first time you do it.
