Ugh❤️🫂 that was me yesterday, unwanted 530am rise, crashed like 930.

Sometimes I like those days, sometimes my wife and I are just stretched thin and we agree to take our pre determined drugs and go lay in bed and watch tv literally right after the kids go to bed, probably pass out by 9, and the next day feels like we caught up from multiple shitty previous days

That’s the way to do it sometimes. Just put the brain and body in no-gear mode. Good ideas come then too if you’re not careful, then the work starts😆😆glad to hear yall got a plan on how to deal with madness😆
