Refining the Web4 application standard: universal, enhanced with LLMs, and integrated with Web3 data.

The idea is to allow any application to be described in plain human language through a series of questions. It can then be compiled into any programming language and platform using the knowledge within the LLM.

A hackathon with a 20k OP prize pool will be held based on this standard.
