How do I add one of the "Expert" attestations? Does it have to come from icebreaker or someone else who already has the same one?

Yup to both. We haven’t seeded them yet but will be doing so in the next week. 

The logic looks at whether you’ve received the attestation for the skill from someone who can trace their lineage back to the original seed group

have attested to both of them just now 🫡

So for Design for example, the seed group could include @j4ck.eth @nonlinear.eth and @0xdesigner 

And then anyone they attest to subsequently whether on icebreaker or another way thru /eas will be able to display the credential. 

And soon we will add much more richness around these endorsements
