Ewa Agoyin, a popular Nigerian street food, even though it doesn't have a Nigerian origin. The name Ewa Agoyin is derived from Ewa which means beans in Yoruba and Agoyin which refers to a tribe in Benin Republic or a general term for people from Benin and Togo. Ewa Agoyi is basically mashed beans with spicy slightly burnt pepper sauce
