I'm being sarcastic here, but i'm talking about the need for come people to attend workshops or lectures about sexism, inclusivity, etc... Something that is basic human rights and common sense to most of us seems so groundbreaking and at times 'too woke' to others. 

And please don't get me wrong, i am 100% for this! If there's a need for such workshops the HR has to step up their game in both hiring and managing talent.
