"You need to understand Web3 first before you can get a job". We hear that a lot tho. But that’s not the full story. Some of us got in without experience or deep knowledge. Without even reading white papers too. Just good vibes, showing up daily, and being useful in random ways, mostly as a "reply guy" or chasing airdrops. That can help you step into Web3, yeah. But (NEWBIE TO NEWBIE), the truth is, if you don’t start learning, you won’t last. Web3 might let you in easily, but it won’t let you stay lazy. GM 🤗
