Fired up farville and planted my first carrot seeds! Wooo woop! Harvested them and now can't see them in my inventory? What am I missing? Or is it a game mechanism that as a newb I a n only plant once a day?

Check out the tabs in your Inventory:

Buy – Purchase seeds and useful perks
Sell – Trade your harvested crops for coins
Expand – Grow your lot to plant even more

And don’t forget to complete your daily and weekly quests to earn XP and level up. The higher your level, the more crops you can unlock.
