Neynar dune data is missing `display_name` and `avatar_url` for certain users. This user said they supplied avatar url when they created their account which is at least four days old. This is preventing these users from getting degen allocations.

it's not visible, but it's valid (https://www.compart.com/en/unicode/U+200E). if zero length strings / empty strings were allowed by farcaster it would still be valid for the purpose of allocation since allocation only checks for nulls
