The second half of this was especially interesting around coordinated industry-wide sustainability initiatives
e.g. make less, waste less, sell higher
If a large poultry producer wants to treat birds better, raises fewer for more space, and there's less, so it costs more
But the price lands on the person buying it because it's the cheap protein
Did they really care about the chicken
And how do you build systems for this on a planetary, fair, and equitable scale
