My sister asking me what I think of my “idols” being connected to Epstein and the “zionists” funding everything has me very confused. By idols she means Chomsky and all the universities he taught in. I don’t understand the perspective of people like her who bend over backwards to proof all the conspiracies were right and therefore she is right. She is able to separate the wrongs of the art from people like Kanye and yet she doesn’t get that the same applies to Chomsky. Also, just because a lot of his philosophy around corporate tyranny resonates with me doesn’t mean I have him on a pedestal. Curious how you deal with family members in these situations?
