Base has completely stopped working with my wallet. I can't mint. I can't send funds. I do seem to be receiving funds. It is as if I have a pending transaction but I can't find one. If I don't see one in my wallet is there another way to see if I have a pending transaction?

I would try sending (0 or dust) ETH to yourself, and jack up the gas price to something like 0.01Gwei

If somehow your pending tx is stuck in the mempool bc it is underpriced, theoretically by sending a higher price tx with the same nonce, it should replace the underpriced one
