for an early product, with a very small team, it's very challenging to prioritize things that won't move the needle. let's say a boat has a hole. what would you do? a. plug the hole & get to the shallow coast first b. paint the boat pretty a. gets you another shot, b. will sink the boat. you can't do both at once.
