A huge value prop for sure! Not nearly as easy to accomplish in the physical world. What I’ve been thinking about lately is how do we get the passive consumers of social to engage more over their interests 🤔 instead of lurking, actually starting discourse

So we begin with stated preferences, you answer questions to unlock insights and earn gifts to share with others. As you grow, so do your connections, we show you suggested matches updated with each new insight. Connections happen when you send gifts to these people. If someone opens the gift, they’ll receive a reward, see a glimpse of your insights, and have the option to connect back. No searching, no instant follows-just authentic, mutual connections through shared interests.

Contrary to many other crypto apps that are extractive involving purchasing of friends tokens our mechanism of connection is rooted in giving back. This amplifies kindness within the network and is our source for serendipitous moments that we hope to lead to connection, shared insights, and breakthroughs that might not have happened through deliberate planning. How gifts work: 1️⃣ Answer questions (earn 1 per response) 2️⃣ Send gifts (to your 5 suggested follows) 3️⃣ Open gifts (see who sent + get points) You’ll be notified each time a gift is received, by opening you get to see the person who sent it and a few of their insights, you also get some points that play into the app economy. This is when the recipient gets to decide to send a gift back along with a friend request which will unlock access to all of each other’s insights.
