Uniswap v2 provides a constant product AMM invariant without requiring active liquidity concentration or manual range management, which is critical when launching low-float, low-liquidity assets like music tokens. With v2, liquidity is uniformly distributed across the entire price curve [0,∞), eliminating the risk of price gaps and inactive liquidity common in v3’s concentrated positions. That means every token minted on Basedrop is always tradable without creators or LPs needing to micromanage tick ranges or deal with non-fungible LP tokens. It’s predictable, composable, and more user-friendly for onchain music drops. Devs and Quants working on some v4 hooks that will also change crypto and tokenomics for the better 🫡
