Since not all readers are up to speed on gifts, here’s a quick rundown of crafting. Today, Telegram introduced a feature that lets you, with a certain probability, “combine” several Desk Calendar or Jingle Bells gifts into one new gift. There’s a chance it won’t work and all the gifts used in crafting will be burned. You can craft using 1 to 4 gifts — the more you use, the higher the chance of success. The result can be uncommon < rare < epic < legendary. I don’t yet know the exact probabilities, but that’s not the main point. I tried crafting calendars one at a time a few times. The first three attempts failed and the gifts burned, but on the fourth attempt I got this legendary one. I have no idea how much it’s worth, so I listed it for 1060 TON, just in case someone buys it.

Today I played a bit with Telegram Gifts crafting and got several interesting models. Overall I don't like casino mechanics and I think I should write a separate article about it as almost all apps introduced similar ones. I haven't quite figured out the drop rates for which models yet, but it seems like I managed to get one of the rarest ones. Let's see how many of these models are on the market and how much they cost. It is obvious that the supply of the collection will decrease over time and, in my opinion, will decrease by about five times.

From time to time I come back to this TON TVL chart. I entered when TVL was $10M, now it’s $80M, and something tells me the real growth hasn’t even started yet. The ecosystem is still not saturated with products. If you’ve built for other blockchains, you have a real chance to come to TON and occupy your own niche. I’m not saying it’s easy, but you need knowledge and capital anyway. If you’re investing in large memecoins, take a look at REDO. To compare the audiences of X, Farcaster, and Lens, I decided to look at Vitalik Buterin’s account, since that’s how I first learned about the latter two. I wanted to understand the scale of these apps. It seems that the number of followers is a fairly relevant metric, and let’s risk assuming that the share of bots is roughly the same everywhere. I attached a screenshot for comparison, and you can see that: X ~ 10 × Farcaster ~ 100 × Lens But for some reason, I feel that the quality of the audience on Farcaster and Lens is much higher than on X (probably the average IQ too). Today I'm writing my post using Firefly also I created a Farcaster account. The next step will be to set up a Lens account. I was looking for such a tool to be able to write once and stream the post to several platforms.
