Tron's merging with SRM Entertainment to go public as Tron Inc. Dominari Securities brokered the deal. Though Eric Trump denied involvement, both Trump sons are linked to Dominari. They joined Dominari Holdings' advisory board, based in Trump Tower. Each got 75k shares (~$3M), with 25k upfront and 50k later. More shares (55k total) may come if milestones are hit. No comments from the Trumps or Dominari.
