This is starting to look good. Nothing really fancy, it's practically a guide on how to formalize and leverage a specific FIP-2 use case. At the same time, the spec takes into consideration practical limitations and implementation hurdles (for example, how easy it is to implement at scale, with minimal resources). Start a thread in discussions if you have questions, or suggestions, or any other feedback. Anything that would benefit from broadcasting to the world a resource has been updated/modified could benefit from SnapPub. For example, maybe app updates, or flight statuses, I don't know. Best cases are many updates publishers, many updates consumers, I think.

I LOVE THIS. Let’s def see if we can get some ⚽️ fans to tag key moments in a few matches. That data will be useful for ai processes. The signer is the huge PITA from Devex & ux perspectives. Will need help for footy app. Wish minis apps could inherit host signers. @sahil 👀 Wondering if you’ve put thought into micropayments around this as that would create incentive for community to curate.

Micropayments are out of scope. Re: signers, exposing them is risky. But an app like cura could implement specific actions, if they think it's worth it, and use their signers.

No, SnapPub messages are normal snapchain deltas, with extra schematics on how to interpret them. For example if you're looking for when my blog rss feed is updated, you will look for a cast with parentUrl=myfeed, fid=280, embedUrl=snappub:update. Comments are just comments.
