I have been watching a resync of Pinata's node, and it seems to have been stuck for weeks: https://hub.pinata.cloud/v1/info

I tried to build a node before, and it seemed to take forever to catch up.

1. Snapshot download time: This depends mostly on your internet connection speed. The total download is ~300GB if I remember correctly.

2. Extracting the snapshot: This depends mostly on your CPU and disk write speed. My M4 MBP is much faster at this than my RPi5.

1+2 took my RPi5 (16GB, plenty of SSD space) ~3h a couple of days ago.

3.  Snapshots are usually ~1 day old as far as I can tell, so after you start your node with the extracted snapshot, it will take a few hours (sometimes more than a few) to get up to speed with the rest of the network.
