For Layer 2s using Ethereum DA (blobs) there is a correlation with throughput as the blob capacity per block has increased. Before Pectra Throughput had levelled off as it became too expensive to post more blobs.

Once demand has caught up with the new blob target, we only need to reach half the cost per blob to reach revenue parity with pre-Pectra.

Granted stablecoin growth is less correlated.
