Fathers day was last week over here :) and I am sitting in the garden atm so I'm basically enjoying best of both worlds :)

Where are you located? It's even longer ago for me, I believe. I just saw everyone casting about another Father's Day today.

Belgium, however in some parts of the country its in March for some reason.

It was on May 29 this year in Germany. But I'm not the type of person who walks around drunk with a wooden ladder wagon full of beer anyways. Which is what I'm supposed to do to stick with the culture.

Reminds me of something else, each year our city gives a free drink after new years and the tradition is to bring your ironing board as a table while the mayor hands out free beers.

Men can take a break from the family and be themselves. Which means getting drunk early and walking around pointlessly with a small wooden wagon (carrying more beer). It's supposed to be fun.
