Texas can now use taxpayer money to build a Bitcoin reserve before the feds do. Governor Greg Abbott just signed Senate Bill 21, letting the state buy and hold Bitcoin and other major cryptos. The law passed the Texas House, putting the state ahead of any federal crypto plans.
