I said yes, and they gasped like I’d survived the Ice Age.
Another time, a kid turned in homework titled “The Great Depression,” and it was just a paragraph about Monday mornings. Honestly, relatable.
Teaching’s wild—one minute you're explaining fractions, the next you're explaining why glue sticks aren't snacks. Never a dull moment, and that’s why I love it.
