We need more web3 hackathons that target web2 builders

honest question...have hackathons ever really excited people enough to *switch*? I always assume convenience is the thing that will drive success. Once it is more convenient for web2 builders to switch, they will

~ comedy and crypto since 2015 ~ ex sr vp of ops for comma.ai ~ current vp of community for Aleo ~

True - students will follow hype, so if they see their web3 projects winning good money & getting recognition, they’ll definitely participate in more. Winning a hackathon convinced me to dive deep into blockchain personally :)

I agree that web3 needs much better documentation on the convenience side
