Rain 5000 $DEGEN ☔️ What I Let Go of to Be Happier Sometimes happiness comes not from learning something new — but from finally letting go of something old. Maybe it was the idea that: – You always have to be busy to matter – You must keep everyone happy – Love should be painful – You need to have it all figured out – Or that rest is a weakness 🌿 What belief did you let go of — and felt lighter? 💬 Share it in the comments. Someone out there might really need to hear it today.

I used to think love had to hurt a little to mean something. That the chaos, the uncertainty, the ache made it deep. But I’m learning now… love doesn’t have to be that way to be real It can be calm, It can be safe, It can choose you quietly and still feel intense. And letting go of that old belief? Definitely I feel lighter, so much better It’s been 1 year

I say it from my own experience that the past is the past and tomorrow has not yet arrived, so I only live for today. 🌟

I got rid of the job that held me hostage😇 I was a hostage of good money, but I didn't love it and it was killing me. And I closed this business and began to move much easier. Don't be afraid to take strong steps

I got rid of the idea that starting over meant I failed. Now I know starting over means I’m brave enough to try again, just do it as Nike would say

always believe in the process, in ourselves, that we can and we must be able to convince ourselves. because if we cannot believe in ourselves we will continue to feel heavy, because everyone's journey is different. never envy others if we envy others make it a reference that we can also be like them and we must be able to surpass them with our determination and hard work. 😇

let go of the belief that I had to have everything figured out to move forward. Once I embraced uncertainty, I felt so much lighter and free to just live. 🌿 ❤️

I let go of the belief that I have to know all the answers immediately. Now, by accepting that some things require time and exploration, I feel freer and better able to help others.🖤

interesting topic, Victoria🫶 I think that every person always gets rid of something... I had a friend, a long-term friendship that suddenly ended.. and I didn't immediately understand what happened... there was a misunderstanding of the situation.. and bewilderment later I accepted this situation - it means the time has come and it's no longer necessary I let go 💓

Childhood experiences, contradictory behaviors, fear of abandonment, and misconceptions are important causes of old attachments. I am very happy that I was able to work on my mind and thoughts to put down a large part of the heavy burden I was carrying in the past...😌

I let go of the belief that everyone and anyone has to like me or want to be friends with me and that made me so so much lighter, I spent years doing things in order to please everyone else instead of doing them for myself or cause i liked it. Definitely a huge weight off so i hope this helps anyone today!!

As the elder daughter, it's my responsibility to provide for my family ever since my father died. I'm just so happy every time I cook for them and when I can buy the things they wanted in life

I let go of the belief that it’s my responsibility to make everyone happy. Now I understand that I can care for others without losing myself in the process. Their happiness is not always in my control, and that's okay.

I let go of thinking I can do it all, all the time. Burnout’s not a badge of honor and turns out asking for help or slowing down doesn’t make you any less capable. Feels way lighter on this side.

It wasn't easy convincing my partner that I can be onchain from the comfort of my home and earn a living, I had to let go of my offline job. he always called it laziness. It wasn't easy trying to convince him, but I kept going regardless. Today he believes in me, the results are showing Thanks for this topic 🫶
