Good paper analyzing citation manipulations https://arxiv.org/abs/2402.04607 This feels like the sort of thing that pairwise-bounding algorithms would actually do a good job of limiting!

Hi, what is your opinion on ERC404 as a standard Etherum protocol? Is it possible to remove the rarity of NFT, and each NFT has the same number of token?

Curation often faces corruption. Google's algorithms aim to counter unethical practices by penalizing manipulators, but as long as manipulation costs remain low, issues persist. A solution could involve curators staking their reputation, losing curator status if caught manipulating. Any other thoughts on this?

Reputation markets I don't think can die until the root of it is taken away. Money, esteem, fame are being rewarded for sometimes meaningless metrics that as we see are easily gamed. Would love to see a tokenized mapping of Google scholar citations.

big v, do you think the dead internet theory is true? if it's true how far does the rabbit hole go? We know about so many cases of "scientific peer review" fraud. So many faked papers and outright plagiarism these algorithms are tuned to amplify. Also hi
