For all seven FHE enjooooyers out there, I can confirm hardware acceleration on @zama tfhe using Belfort FPGA instance works. >10x speedup across the board on basic genomic algos as well as intense O(n^2) ones that iterate over large datasets. Assuming decent pricing, it's going to be an interesting future!

Made some tweaks to the Monadic DNA TestFlight app today to get it ready for public alpha: 🥡 The kit options have been reduced with a note that more will be added later. 📜 The text for 23andMe uploads has been made clearer ❓ Those asking for a new kit are shown a Google form 🆘 A separate help link has been added 🔑 The key export now works ⚠️ An alpha release warning is shown upfront on the log in screen

Regeneron.com buying 23andMe: - Relief in the aggregate. The crypto pretend bidders were a mix of unready and incompetent. Regeneron is relatively solid. - Not great for those who want open and secure personal genomics. The good news is we're putting out the Monadic DNA app soon!
