At this stage I think I'd focus on :
Hype (acquisition) 
Usage (retention) 
Dev usage 
Things id do : 
1. Wall of casters... You see the first 10k users and their best performing cast. Make it shareable and braggable. 
2. Mini hackathons - focussed hacks, bounties and problems to focus on. Get newer devs excited..
3. Mini campaigns like 
"Why I moved to farcaster" "this made me quit X" etc
