if you're in the mood for a good, soul-wrenching cry, drop everything and watch ‘four good days’ (2020). this drama directed by rodrigo garcía follows molly, battling addiction, and her mother deb, as they navigate years of fractured trust and trauma. their raw, messy love absolutely wrecked me, drug addiction is a tragedy. i spent the entire film with tears streaming down my face. perfect for when you need to feel it all - just keep tissues close. 8/10

Got on the raw buckwheat bandwagon (hi @blablainvest) and this is what I made with it today: 1. Breakfast - smoothie bowl. Raw buckwheat, milk, banana, strawberries, dates. Buckwheat blends in like magic ✨ 2. Dinner - raw buckwheat pancakes. If you've ever tried Ethiopian injera flatbread these are very similar, only without the slight sourness the injera has. Very filling too!

i spotted in the subway a girl's crocs with unusual jibbitz made of real minerals. suddenly, i’m rethinking my whole ‘i’d never wear crocs in the city’ stance. Must. Have. Them. do you wear crocs? p.s. although to be honest, when i come to visit my mom at home, i live in crocs. zero shame. it’re basically house slippers
