I read the package insert but it left me thinking 🤷‍♂️

usually pourover filters are 100% percolation brewing unless you have a stopper (like a hario switch or clever dripper)
this one has no channels at the sides so the drip is much slower, making it more of a mix of immersion (like a french press or aeropress) and percolation brewing
