Leonardo da Vinci's pen and ink sketch of the Vitruvian Man is one of the notes he kept during his teenage years. Together with notes, written in mirror script, on the ideal human proportions presented by the Roman architect Vitruvius in a book on architecture of the first century BC.

I wonder what other inventions he had during that time that are lost to history because the records are lost or stolen or kept hitting somewhere 🤔
