When I missed Ningbo Chicken Breeding, I found this roasted bird restaurant. Upon entering, I noticed that everyone from the chef to the waiter was Dutch, but I didn't expect them to make the roasted bird so delicious, with just the right amount of heat and flavor!

The makers are highly experienced in this work and they can prepare and serve many pithas in a short time. There is always a huge crowd at these stalls. Yesterday, I tried some pitha, and I really loved it!
