This is the oldest race in cycling. Nothing in this sport comes from before Milano–Torino. Back in 1876, there wasn’t even a proper bicycle as we know it… just those massive high-wheelers rolling between the cities 150 years ago 😅
On the racing side today, Tom Pidcock stands out. It looks like a big chance to bounce back after his bad luck at Strade Bianche with those two mechanicals at the worst possible moments.
Also Roglič is showing great legs so far, with a tactical quite clear from the Red Bull Bora Team, having 3 riders ready to get the race today.
