I saw a couple of days ago during the broadcast of the Giro d’Italia stage how along the road, some people were handing out Arrosticini, even to the cyclists 😅 and I couldn't stop myself from craving them... thank goodness I didn't have to go all the way to Abruzzo to get them...😋
There happens to be a local festival close to my place and they make them right on the spot.
(Abruzzese sheep I have been told)
