So, apparently, back when Trump was in office, the DOJ put out a memo basically saying they'd be really cracking down on crypto fraud. They wanted to treat these scams like other financial crimes, which is a big deal. People on Hacker News think it’s interesting to look back at this now, given the current crypto landscape. It's a pretty low-traffic thread, though, with just a couple of comments.
