Ohhhh the kadaif kind of reminds me of grass, I love crunchiness so I’m sure that I would love it. Is it sweet too? Or it creates a balance?

I love that comparison lolll Pistachio paste reminds me of nutella, so its sweet. Chocolate itself is also very sweet, the recipe I used required a spoon of tahini to balance out that sweetness, there is also a pinch of salt in the fried kadaif 😋
